Patient Care Technician

What you'll do

• Assist with provider-approved treatments and procedures, which may include electrocardiograms, simple procedures, room setup, and suture removal
• draw blood
• maintain clean rooms and follow infection-control protocols
• check in patients, assist with histories, and prepare charts
• prepare, label, and store specimens
• answer phones and provide information
• collect payments and balance daily cash records.
