Quality Manager – Manufacturing

The Quality Manager – Manufacturing role is onsite at a manufacturing facility in Conroe, TX. Compensation is not specified. The role exists to improve the Quality Management System and ensure products, processes, suppliers, and quality systems meet customer, engineering, regulatory, and company requirements. It builds a quality-at-the-source culture through defect prevention, process discipline, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead and improve the facility’s QMS
• oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspection
• manage customer and supplier quality, audits, corrective and preventive actions, root-cause analysis, calibration, measurement systems, and quality metrics
• lead continuous-improvement projects
• and coach and direct Quality personnel.
