What you'll do

• Lead, supervise, and instruct members and guests in exercise classes
• demonstrate proper techniques and routines
• explain exercise physiology in accessible terms
• educate participants on form, anatomy, contraindications, and movement modifications
• develop varied and engaging routines
• maintain attendance records
• encourage participant commitment
• identify and address safety concerns.
