Project Manager, Oklahoma State Department of Health PMO

Job overview

The Project Manager role is hybrid in Oklahoma City, OK, with at least three onsite days per workweek and additional onsite days as project needs require. Pay is $52–$55 per hour. The position supports the Oklahoma State Department of Health Project Management Office and its agency projects.

What you'll do

• Manage medium to extra-large projects through the full project lifecycle
• define scope and objectives
• manage change, risks, budgets, stakeholders, vendors, resources, implementation, and closure
• prepare status reports and PMO dashboard metrics
• ensure adherence to documented guidelines
• facilitate contract processes
• conduct gap and root-cause analyses
• and lead group facilitation. The schedule is 40 hours per week, typically between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday through Friday
• overtime is not approved.
