The role records patient information and alerts the nursing supervisor to changing or unusual conditions.

What you'll do

• Observe and record patients’ physical and mental condition
• provide housekeeping, laundry, shopping, meal preparation, and errands
• assist with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• teach use of mobility aids and personal-care techniques
• guide family members on lifting, repositioning, nutrition, and housekeeping
• document patient information and report changes to the nursing supervisor
• maintain a safe and healthy environment.
