What you'll do

• Document patient care in the electronic medical record
• complete patient and authorization paperwork
• respond to patient messages and schedule appointments and procedures
• coordinate referrals and diagnostic testing
• check insurance network status and obtain authorizations and benefit details
• generate and fax diagnostic orders
• distribute and fax records through Athena
• complete assigned clinical tasks under the Nurse Manager’s direction.
