What you'll do
- Review clinical and administrative records for required documentation
- maintain compliance tracking spreadsheets and audit logs
- track missing or expired documents
- support regulatory audit preparation
- organize evidence
- monitor corrective actions and compliance activities
- conduct QI audits
- organize findings and data
- prepare charts, reports, and meeting materials
- support satisfaction survey analysis and process-improvement projects
- maintain confidential files and follow HIPAA requirements.
