What you'll do

• Prepare meal items and modified-texture foods
• follow recipes, menus, and diet cards
• check dietary changes
• monitor food temperatures
• stock and store supplies
• deliver food to unit kitchens
• assist with meal service, snacks, and events
• receive and inventory food
• clean kitchen equipment and floors
• follow safety procedures.
