What you'll do

• Provide nursing care under applicable standards and policies
• perform triage, clinical assessments, medication administration, patient education, and message management
• follow up on abnormal lab results and other care needs
• assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care
• coordinate with providers, hospitals, case managers, and other partners
• support transitional care management
• assist with procedures and minor surgical interventions
• room patients
• document in the electronic medical record
• support quality improvement, infection control, patient safety, HIPAA, and regulatory compliance
• provide guidance to support staff.

Why this role

Requires a current Wisconsin RN license or Nurse Licensure Compact license and Basic Life Support certification. Outpatient clinic experience is preferred; family medicine experience is a plus.
