What you'll do

• Oversee MDS and reimbursement operations across multiple skilled nursing facilities
• conduct facility audits
• review assessments, care plans, documentation, transmission reports, and reimbursement outcomes
• monitor PDPM, CMI, quality measures, reimbursement, and revenue integrity
• mentor facility teams
• deliver education
• support survey readiness and corrective action
• analyze trends and develop improvement strategies.

Why this role

Requires an active Ohio RN license, at least five years of MDS/RAI experience, and prior regional multi-facility MDS or clinical reimbursement leadership. AANAC certification is preferred.
