What you'll do

• Help adult residents develop and maintain daily living and social skills, monitor behavior, and provide appropriate intervention. Communicate with residents and staff
• assist with menu planning, grocery shopping, task assignments, medication packaging and monitoring, benefits applications, recordkeeping, and community transportation. Support crisis intervention and maintain the residential environment.

Why this role

Schedule is 11 p.m.–7 a.m., rotating Sunday–Saturday, 40 hours per week; other shifts and some weekends or holidays may be needed. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent plus six months of paid behavioral healthcare experience or equivalent college coursework, and a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
