Restoration Project Manager

The Restoration Project Manager role is onsite in Raleigh, NC, with compensation of $65,000–$85,000 per year. OCI Restoration is a locally owned, veteran-owned disaster restoration and reconstruction company serving the Triangle and surrounding areas. The project manager leads reconstruction projects after property damage, coordinating people, schedules, budgets, and quality from mitigation handoff through completion. The role serves as the primary contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and subcontractors while helping ensure work is safe, timely, and within budget.

What you'll do

• Manage reconstruction projects from mitigation handoff through completion
• review estimates, scopes, and supplements
• coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and inspections
• communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and internal teams
• ensure work meets code, contract requirements, and company quality standards
• conduct site visits, progress inspections, and final walk-throughs
• track budgets, job costs, change orders, and timelines
• resolve issues
• and maintain project documentation.
