What you'll do

• Provide on-site leadership for behavioral inpatient units and Intake Clinicians during the evening shift and as needed
• ensure safe staffing and patient assignments in coordination with nursing leadership
• serve as the on-site escalation point for clinical and operational issues
• support clinical decision-making and crisis intervention
• ensure compliance with policies and patient safety standards
• respond to emergencies, behavioral crises, and codes
• communicate incidents and operational concerns
• assist with audits, rounding, and documentation oversight
• contribute to staff training and evaluation
• facilitate payroll and nurse scheduling
• assist with staff competency files.
