What you'll do

• Design, develop, and test Rust backend services
• translate financial rules and mathematical concepts into precise, efficient, testable software
• build solutions using historized non-relational data models and asynchronous event-driven architectures
• contribute to technical specifications, design discussions, and code reviews
• own features through implementation, automated testing, deployment, and monitoring alongside Platform and SRE engineers
• work with clients and domain specialists to analyze product questions and bring insights into product development. The role includes onboarding with the Zurich team, regular travel to Switzerland, and occasional travel to client sites.
