What you'll do

• Prepare financial statements, statistical reports, and bank reconciliations
• analyze and reconcile general ledger accounts
• prepare and post month-end journal entries
• compare balance sheets and budgets and explain variances
• manage dealership depreciation, fixed assets, factory payables, deposits, and account reconciliations
• calculate sales and use tax
• process warranty payments, credit memos, invoice approvals, truck-sale monies, and customer refunds
• assist the dealership daily.
