Technical Account Executive

The Technical Account Executive role is onsite in Richmond, VA, with compensation of $90,000–$130,000 per year. The role supports defi SOLUTIONS’ clients using its SaaS loan origination, servicing, and managed servicing products. The position exists to help clients achieve business outcomes through effective product use, technical guidance, and issue resolution. It connects client teams with internal product, development, ITSM, and incident-management resources while supporting satisfaction and continued adoption.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary technical escalation contact for assigned clients
• advise on product usage, adoption, configuration, and best practices
• manage escalations and expectations
• translate business needs into use cases
• coordinate complex technical problem resolution
• prioritize development cases
• communicate service changes and risks
• prepare executive technical reviews
• create training and knowledge-base materials
• provide incident updates and root-cause information
• share client feedback with product and engineering teams.

Why this role
