What you'll do

• Research digital databases and courthouse land records
• compile ownership, conveyance, encumbrance, lien, and judgment details affecting chain of title
• prepare, type, and print abstracting products
• maintain spreadsheets
• communicate with clients in person, by phone, and email
• support an exceptional customer experience and represent the company professionally.
