Machine Operator — First Shift

What you'll do

• Perform rod loader duties
• adjust machine components and settings
• activate and monitor machinery
• inspect, measure, and weigh materials or products for conformance. Clear jams and remove defective materials, notify supervisors of quality issues, record production data, and follow work orders. Clean and install machine components, synchronize machine sections, move materials and finished products, train new team members as instructed, and learn other positions such as Rod Loader, Scale Operator, or Material Handler.
