Qualified Medication Administration Person (QMAP) Direct Support Professional

What you'll do

• Assist with hygiene, grooming, meals, and qualified medication administration
• support budgeting, meal preparation, and housekeeping
• facilitate appointments and recreational activities
• implement individualized plans and behavior supports
• document progress and health or behavioral changes
• collaborate with case managers, therapists, families, and supervisors
• follow safety standards and agency protocols.

Why this role
