What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transit facilities, platforms, parking areas, offices, and perimeters
• respond to incidents and service disruptions
• monitor access points and public areas
• direct visitors
• report maintenance concerns, hazards, and policy violations
• prepare incident reports and patrol logs.
