What you'll do

• Complete opening and closing checklists
• follow the Daily Prep List
• prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using kitchen equipment
• follow portion sizes, cooking methods, quality standards, and kitchen procedures
• maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
• use standard recipe cards
• report product shortages to back-of-house management
• assist with kitchen closing and other assigned duties.
