What you'll do

• Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other teams to gather requirements
• lead requirements sessions and document user stories, process maps, and specifications
• recommend process improvements and tools
• configure Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, validation rules, and flows
• manage access and security
• coordinate with development partners
• test delivered work
• coordinate deployments
• troubleshoot support tickets
• create training materials
• monitor data quality and assess new Salesforce features.
