Service Coordinator — Plumbing, Heating & Air

What you'll do

• Build and manage the daily service schedule
• match technicians to calls based on skills, location, urgency, and customer needs
• adjust schedules as needed
• prepare technicians with customer and equipment details
• communicate appointments, arrival times, delays, and changes
• handle inbound calls and customer concerns
• follow up on estimates and memberships
• support the Service Manager
• document, code, invoice, and close service calls in ServiceTitan
• maintain customer records and assist with administrative tasks.
