Senior Support Engineer, SAP NS2

What you'll do

• Resolve known errors using SAP Notes, knowledge base articles, documentation, and verification of customized entries or hardware parameters
• perform root-cause analysis and reproduce customer issues
• work with development teams when deeper solutions are needed
• handle escalated cases
• own the support queue and meet SLAs
• process Priority 1 incidents
• contribute to testing, knowledge creation, prevention, de-escalation, and community activities.
