What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and electronic requests
• maintain relationships with policyholders, clients, and contractors
• respond to questions about file processes and status
• take ownership of scheduling, inspection, estimate, and contractor-work issues
• communicate resolution plans
• document file progress in company systems
• and review and upload relevant documentation.
