What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, engines, electrical systems, HVAC, emissions, and other vehicle systems
• educate customers about vehicle issues and solutions
• maintain shop efficiency and productivity
• follow safety policies and standards
• provide technical guidance to the team when needed
• stay current with training and certifications. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least six months of certified technician or mechanic experience, and four ASE certifications: Brakes and Steering/Suspension plus two from A1, A6, A7, A8, or L1.
