What you'll do

• Provide overnight assistance to promote physical, social, and psychological well-being.
• Interact positively with residents.
• Assist Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioners.
• Follow safety and behavioral support procedures.
• Perform administrative duties including scanning and faxing.
• Oversee morning meal preparation.
• Conduct cleaning tasks and prepare rooms for admissions.
• Provide transportation.
• Facilitate group and individual services.
• Teach independent living skills.
• Maintain cooperative working relationships.
• Manage program finances.
• Ensure licensing compliance.
• Administer and monitor medications.
• Maintain a safe work environment.
• Adhere to crisis prevention protocols.
• Develop recreational activities.
• Complete required documentation.
