People Operations Specialist

What you'll do

• Support recruiting by posting positions, sourcing and screening candidates, interviewing, and coordinating communications
• partner with the Director of People and management on performance, engagement, coaching, and employee relations
• support onboarding
• assist with investigations, documentation, and accommodation requests
• coordinate recognition and engagement programs
• support employment-law compliance, HR reporting, audits, personnel files, and HRIS data
• identify process improvements.
