What you'll do

  • Maintain the glass and rental help desk
  • dispatch claims and evaluate claim assignments
  • verify and pay towing claims
  • arrange rentals and follow up on rental vehicles
  • maintain salvage programs and process salvage titles
  • assist with claim setup, payments, mailings, and other claim types
  • process medical bills and invoices
  • answer phones and incoming messages
  • provide technical support to claim department personnel.
