Payroll Specialist

What you'll do

• Process weekly payroll for more than 500 employees across multiple states
• review timecards and finalize payroll
• process corrections, taxes, deductions, garnishments, and union fringe payments
• maintain payroll records
• generate payroll and audit reports
• assist employees with payroll questions
• support audits and reconciliations
• coordinate with HR, Accounting, and Operations.
