The role translates business priorities into a roadmap and drives measurable improvements in digital revenue, customer experience, conversion, merchandising, and retention.

What you'll do

• Manage Shopify storefront performance, including revenue, conversion rate, revenue per visitor, and average order value
• improve the digital customer journey
• plan and run A/B tests
• work with paid media leadership to improve conversion
• execute digital merchandising across bundles, cross-sells, upsells, and collections
• improve subscription conversion, renewals, and subscriber lifetime value
• manage Amazon marketplace performance, agency relationships, advertising, listings, and P&L
• assess additional marketplace opportunities
• manage the Shopify Plus technology stack and eCommerce roadmap
• oversee storefront integrations and infrastructure
• build or coordinate dashboards
• establish attribution methods connecting marketing channels to revenue.
