What you'll do

• Prepare surfaces through sanding, grinding, masking, and staging
• follow manufacturing specifications for paint preparation
• inspect finishes for quality
• visually inspect welds for defects before painting
• perform refinishing and coating
• assist as needed with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, flooring, doors, and other maintenance
• operate hand and power tools
• correct safety hazards.
