What you'll do

• Advise life sciences clients on intellectual property licensing and technology transactions
• handle technology transfer matters and related agreements
• draft and negotiate IP licenses, joint development and collaboration agreements, strategic alliances, technology and services agreements, and distribution agreements
• conduct IP and technology transaction due diligence
• provide IP support for life sciences corporate transactions
• collaborate on transactions while independently managing substantial matter components.
