What you'll do

• Support day-to-day client relationships
• prepare meeting agendas and materials, capture decisions, and follow up
• translate client feedback into internal direction
• organize scopes, timelines, budgets, approvals, and deliverables
• coordinate account, strategy, creative, web, paid media, PR, and outside partners
• support influencer campaigns, events, brand work, and website projects
• identify roadblocks and help develop solutions
• research creators, vendors, venues, audiences, and trends
• assist with outreach, logistics, content reviews, and event support as needed
• maintain project trackers and reporting.
