The role supports production quality by following safety procedures, interpreting work instructions, meeting performance benchmarks, and testing or troubleshooting completed assemblies.

What you'll do

• Assemble parts and subassemblies, which may include electrical, mechanical, engine, and axle components
• follow safety protocols
• interpret blueprints, process sheets, and written instructions
• use hand and air tools
• test and troubleshoot completed assemblies
• meet performance benchmarks and first-time quality standards
• work onsite and be available for overtime
• lift and move objects up to 25 pounds frequently.
