What you'll do

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, coaching, and professional development for outpatient substance use recovery therapists and counselors
• oversee quality, continuity, documentation, utilization, productivity, and clinical standards
• support compliance with ASAM, CARF, state, and organizational requirements
• collaborate on program development and service improvement
• lead team communication, onboarding, hiring, and staff operations
• monitor outcomes and performance metrics
• coordinate with external partners
• and provide clinical or crisis response under current certifications and organizational protocols.
