What you'll do

• Inventory and prepare paper or microform assets for scanning
• remove bindings and inspect asset condition
• reassemble and categorize documents
• operate digitization hardware
• review scanned images for quality, orientation, and clarity
• perform rework and corrective actions
• review post-scan output
• create metadata and upload deliverables
• calibrate and troubleshoot scanning hardware
• assist management with project operations, workflow standards, tracking, metrics, and risk communication
• train new staff and support ongoing projects.
