Bilingual Call Center Operator

What you'll do

• Review relevant account details
• protect customer and account information from fraud and unauthorized inquiries
• support customers with online banking, cards, bill pay, and Bankway
• communicate sensitive information clearly and patiently
• maintain confidentiality
• use telephone, computer, and internal banking systems
• transfer issues requiring further assistance to Tier 2 support.
