Forward Deployed Engineer

The Forward Deployed Engineer role is onsite in San Francisco, CA. The base salary range is $220,000–$320,000 annually, plus equity. The engineer owns technical work across enterprise accounts, from presales evaluations through post-sales success. The role builds custom applications and diagnostics, resolves deployment issues, measures performance, and relays customer feedback to product and engineering teams to improve adoption and product direction.

What you'll do

• Partner with sales and solutions teams on evaluations, custom demos, and competitive bake-offs
• own post-sales technical success for enterprise accounts
• build evaluation applications, customized agents, and product modifications
• develop diagnostics, dashboards, and evaluation harnesses
• build customer relationships
• surface product feedback and expansion opportunities
• work with founders and customers on product and engineering direction.
