The Toddler/Preschool Assistant Teacher is an onsite, full-time position in Newton Center, MA, scheduled Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Compensation is $40,000–$55,000 per year. Wellan Montessori School serves children from 15 months through grade 8. The assistant teacher supports classroom operations and works with co-teachers to maintain a safe, orderly, appropriately challenging environment. The role contributes to children’s learning and development through age-appropriate activities, family communication, and consistent health and safety practices.
