What you'll do

• Greet customers
• assist with tire purchases, oil changes, routine maintenance, and other service needs
• listen to concerns and document repair orders
• recommend maintenance, tire options, and repairs based on vehicle needs and manufacturer recommendations
• prepare and explain estimates
• coordinate with technicians
• monitor service progress and update customers
