The Community Health Group Exercise Instructor is an onsite role located in Wilmington, NC. The pay range is $20 - $30 per hour. This role exists to lead group fitness and health programs that support chronic disease prevention and overall wellness. The instructor creates a welcoming environment for individuals of all abilities, monitors participant progress, and builds authentic relationships to help members achieve their health goals.
What you'll do
- Lead group exercise classes
- monitor participant progress and offer modifications
- maintain accurate attendance records
- assess participants and correct form
- maintain wellness area equipment
- report safety incidents.
