What you'll do

• Provide individual and group telehealth therapy for patients with substance use disorders
• conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• use evidence-based modalities including CBT, MI, and DBT
• collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers, Medical Assistants, and Peer Recovery Specialists
• support crisis intervention and coordinate higher levels of care when needed
• document care
• educate patients and families
• participate in case consultations, team meetings, and continuing education.

Why this role

Fully remote W-2 role with 40 hours per week, including required evening coverage Monday through Thursday from 5:00–8:00 PM ET and remaining hours during Monday–Friday daytime business hours. Ohio LPCC, LISW, or IMFT required; minimum two years of SUD therapy experience and one year in IOP, PHP, or comparable setting required.
