What you'll do

• Provide case management to children and youth in adoptive or foster-to-adopt homes and support foster/adoptive parents through home visits, crisis management, compliance monitoring, documentation, training, and advocacy. Recruit and match children with prospective adoptive families
• maintain case records and billing documentation
• assess children’s and families’ situations
• prepare court reports and testify when necessary
• build program and community relationships
• and provide services after normal working hours and on weekends when necessary. The role may require on-call availability on a rotating basis and irregular hours.
