What you'll do
- Oversee Signify Health-contracted nurse practitioners and/or physician assistants.
- Conduct in-home health evaluations, including medication and medical history review, and physical evaluations.
- Provide pre-populated forms for evaluations.
- No prescribing medicine, ordering lab tests, or altering treatment regimens.
