What you'll do

• Lead hiring, onboarding, supervision, and development of the clinical team
• carry a focused caseload
• uphold clinical standards for assessments, treatment plans, parent training, and notes
• drive outcome measurement and treatment integrity
• manage scheduling, staffing coverage, authorizations, and productivity
• coach staff and monitor KPIs
• plan clinic capacity and referral engagement
• oversee staff training and mentor BCBA candidates.
