Maintenance Supervisor

The Maintenance Supervisor works onsite in Provo, UT, in a full-time, year-round position with flexible hours and some nights, weekends, holidays, and special events required based on business needs. What you'll do

• Coordinate maintenance of lodging units and resort property
• communicate project progress with the Facilities Manager
• assign and schedule work orders and ensure timely completion
• maintain homeowner billing and vendor invoice information
• coordinate with Accounting and Reservations
• respond to maintenance requests
• monitor staff performance and support training
• perform Maintenance Technician duties as needed
• support recycling and the resort's no-idle vehicle policy.
