What you'll do

• Anchor assigned morning newscasts
• collaborate with the co-anchor and producers on rundowns and story presentation
• conduct live interviews and breaking-news coverage
• represent KEPR at community events and station initiatives
• shoot, write, and edit daily broadcast and digital stories
• develop regional enterprise story ideas and sources
• post content to station and social platforms
• help produce assigned newscasts or segments as needed
• write and edit scripts, teases, and headlines
• meet editorial standards for accuracy and fairness.
