What you'll do

• Enter data for nutrition panels and ingredient statements
• generate UPCs and maintain the GS1 database
• provide technical and regulatory support to Shops
• monitor customer and scoop shop feedback and summarize trends quarterly
• review production partner certificates of analysis and retention samples
• verify food safety and quality procedures in the R&D kitchen
• monitor supplier and production partner compliance and occasionally travel to partner sites, approximately once a quarter.
