What you'll do

• Collaborate on meal plans tailored to dietary needs
• plan menus for restrictions, allergies, and cultural preferences
• oversee meal preparation, portions, and hygiene
• supervise and train kitchen staff as needed
• maintain inventory, order supplies, and manage food storage
• enforce sanitation practices
• coordinate meal schedules and dietary concerns
• work with dietitians and healthcare professionals
• monitor food quality.
